Grievance Officer
Under India's Information Technology Rules, 2021 and Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, you can send complaints about content on our services (including content made with AI), about a purchase, or about your data to our Grievance Officer, HARSH_KUMAR, at harshkumar1491@gmail.com. We acknowledge a complaint within 24 hours and resolve it within 7 days.
We resolve a request to remove harmful content — for example content that is obscene, harmful to children, misleading or threatening, or that impersonates someone — within 36 hours. If an image, video or audio shows you naked or in a sexual act, or pretends to be you — including a fake made with AI — we remove it, or block access to it, within 2 hours of your complaint.
If you disagree with our Grievance Officer's decision, or your complaint is not resolved in time, you can appeal to the Government of India's Grievance Appellate Committee at gac.gov.in. You must appeal within 30 days of receiving our Grievance Officer's reply.
